1. Organization of the XL International School of Hydraulics
XL International School of Hydraulics  23-26 May 2023 in Kąty Rybackie near Gdańsk is organized by:

On registering for the event, participants (also referred to as "you") are entering an agreement with Organizers.  By registering to the Conference, you are indicating your acceptance to the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Registration
The Conference registration is available online. Participants are requested to complete the registration not later than 30 April, 2023. The registration is binding.
All registrations are accepted on preliminary basis and will be approved by the Organizer once the payment is credited to the bank account.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the registration.

3. Registration Fees
The registration fees are listed at https://ish2023.igf.edu.pl/registration
Registration fees depending on category include the following services:
- admission to all conference sessions and events
- accommodation in a twin/triple room (3 nights)
- full board
- conference materials,
- papers publication (accepted papers)
- transport from/to Gdańsk to/from conference venue.

4. Payment & Invoice
Upon completing the on-line registration you will receive a pre-registration confirmation letter with (1) a link to the online payment for credit card payments, (2) bank details for bank transfer payments. It will be sent to your the email address provided in the registration form. Please settle the payments in PLN or EUR. 

5. Confirmation of registration
Once the payment is credited to the given account, a final registration confirmation will be sent by email.

6. Changes to registration
Changes to your original application for registration will be accepted before 30 April, 2023 and should be sent in writing to the ISH 2023 Secretatiat: sh@igf.edu.pl

7. Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation a written notification must be sent to ISH 2023 Secretatiat: sh@igf.edu.pl
Your registration fee can be refunded for a cancellation fee of 200 PLN / 50,00 € on or before 13 March, 2023.
On or after 13 March, 2023, the registration will be refunded less 50% of paid amount.
On or after 30 April, 2023, the registration fee can't be refunded.
All refunds (if applicable) will be made after the conference either by bank transfer or credit card depending on original way of payment.
Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Conference.

8. Consent to be photographed
As a registered delegate, I hereby authorise the Organizer and its official photographers/videographers to photograph me within the context the XL International School of Hydraulics for use on conference website, marketing materials, social media accounts and in the press.

9. Other photography
Delegates are entitled to take photographs at the XL International School of Hydraulics for their own personal, educational and/or advocacy purposes. The Organizer will not be liable if delegates object to being photographed in these circumstances.
